Game 3 was against the top seeds in the group and 4th seed overall The Chad Larson Experience, or CLX for short.

Last weekend saw 3 of the Herds Worlds Squad compete in the Great Bar indoors tournament in Birmingham.

Our opponents for Game 2 were a feisty, but friendly, bunch of Italians.

The HErd got their tourney underway against a cool bunch of Canadians (who would eventually finish top 8) - we also had more than a couple of beers with them over the course of the week....but how did game 1 go?

Most of the Herd arrived in Perth a few days before the tourney started - some having trvelled to exotic places along the way. Our first practice was an exciting time...

I am sat in the computer lounge of the WUCC tournament. Through the window I can see the final ceremony and thank you's taking place. Japan have dominated, taking the Open title, all three spots in the womens and placing well in the masters...For the Herd, it has been an amazing experience, and one I will attempt to document over the next few posts.

These games were tough and close, and on another day with maybe a little extra 'whatever' - ours. They deserve a special mention because its not only whether we won or lost that matters, but how well we did and how close we sometimes came.

WUCC2006 for the Herd is over….it was emotional.
